Counseling Services
Intake
The very first time we meet will be during the intake session to review forms, discuss the therapy process, and answer any questions you may have. This session also gives me the chance to get to know you so that we can develop a treatment plan together and discuss your therapy goals. This session is generally 90 minutes in length.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is provided to individuals ages 8 and up. Sessions are once a week from 40 to 60 minutes. To meet individual goals, treatment plans are developed at intake and updated every 6 to 12 weeks. My counseling services address concerns or issues including, but not limited to: Anxiety, Shame, self-esteem, self-image, wellness, spirituality, mindfulness, adjustment, and change
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling is provided to couples in various stages of their relationship. Sessions are once a week from 45 to 50 minutes. To meet the goal of each couple, treatment plans are developed at intake and updated every 6 to 12 weeks. Ways I help couples include: conflict resolution, boundary setting, adjustment, intimacy, attachment, and communication difficulties.
Group for women
Group therapy provides a space for women seeking support, personal growth, and connection with others who share similar experiences. Sessions are structured to address emotional well-being, stress management, and self-compassion while fostering a sense of community. Topics include navigating life transitions, building confidence, developing healthy boundaries, and strengthening resilience. This group is offered quarterly and is designed to provide a supportive environment where women can process challenges and feel empowered in their personal and emotional journeys.
Caregivers Support Group
Support group is for caregivers of neurodivergent children and meets twice a month for 60 minutes for 6-8 sessions. Because of the nature of the group, the size is limited to 10 participants. Group topics include: navigating care before and after diagnosis, advocacy, raising neurodivergent children, caregiver burnout, the importance of self-care, and emotional support.
