Grow with Grace Space
We are seeking licensed clinicians who are committed to providing excellent mental health care in a supportive, client-centered environment. This is a fully remote 1099 contractor position, ideal for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy, and being part of a collaborative team. We are currently a telehealth-only practice, with plans to expand to in-person services in the future. If you're open to a hybrid model down the line, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Requirements
Hold an active clinical license in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
Conduct 12–20 client contact hours per week
Willing to work at least one evening per week
Maintain a secure, confidential home office setup with reliable internet
Strong organizational skills and clinical documentation habits
Committed to cultural humility and inclusive care
