Intake

The very first time we meet will be during the intake session to review forms, discuss the therapy process, and answer any questions you may have. This session also gives me the chance to get to know you so that we can develop a treatment plan together and discuss your therapy goals. This session is generally 90 minutes in length.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is provided to individuals ages 8 and up. Sessions are once a week from 40 to 60 minutes. To meet individual goals, treatment plans are developed at intake and updated every 6 to 12 weeks. My counseling services address concerns or issues including, but not limited to: Anxiety, Shame, self-esteem, self-image, wellness, spirituality, mindfulness, adjustment, and change

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling is provided to couples in various stages of their relationship. Sessions are once a week from 45 to 50 minutes. To meet the goal of each couple, treatment plans are developed at intake and updated every 6 to 12 weeks. Ways I help couples include: conflict resolution, boundary setting, adjustment, intimacy, attachment, and communication difficulties.

Mentoring Group

This group is for caregivers of Autistic children and meets twice a month for 60 minutes for 6-8 sessions. Because of the nature of the group, the size is limited to 10 participants. Group topics include: navigating care before and after diagnosis, advocacy, raising neuro-divergent children, caregiver burnout, the importance of self-care, and emotional support.

Consultation

Consultation is a collaborative process to determine restorative interventions between individuals or within systems. I provide consultation services to individuals and organizations in need of assistance to determine the correct course of action moving forward. I am also available for workshops, public speaking engagements, panels, and forums. The level of services needed is determined in the initial consultative call.
