Clinical Supervision Services

Supervision

I offer supervision for those working towards full licensure or licensed clinicians seeing consultation to strengthen their clinical skills, develop confidence, and navigate the realities of working with clients. My approach integrates humanistic psychology with liberation pedagogy. I trust your capacity for growth while attending to the contexts that shape your development and helping you build the skills and critical consciousness to navigate the realities of professional practice. Supervision with me is collaborative, authentic, and focused on developing clinical excellence, professional confidence, and critical consciousness while making sure you meet licensure requirements. My goal is to create space where you can bring your whole self and grow into the therapist you're desire to be.

  • Individual Supervision

    • One-on-one supervision gives you the space to process cases, build your clinical skills, and talk through the challenges that come with being a counselor in training. These sessions are designed to meet licensure requirements while also providing the personal and professional support you need to feel confident in your work while honoring your lived experience and unique strengths.

    • I work from the belief that you already possess inner wisdom. My role is to help you access it, trust it, and use it effectively. We'll attend to your clinical development, workplace dynamics, and the systemic realities (including societal, institutional barriers, and professional isolation) that shape your experience as a developing clinician.

  • Group Supervision

    • Group supervision allows you to connect with other counselors in training, learn from shared experiences, and get diverse perspectives on clinical work. These sessions offer a balance of guidance and peer learning, creating a supportive space where you can grow alongside other developing professionals.

Consultation for Licensed Counselors

Even after licensure, therapists often need guidance on complex cases, ethical concerns, and professional challenges. I provide consultation for clinicians who want to refine their approach, think through difficult client dynamics, or process the emotional toll of counseling in broken system in a way that feels productive and supportive.

Practice Development Support

Many counselors feel confident in their clinical skills but struggle with the business side of private practice. As part of supervision, I can provide insight on structuring a private practice, managing clinical documentation, setting healthy boundaries, and balancing ethical client care with running a sustainable business.

Supervision with me is about more than just meeting licensure requirements. It’s about developing into the kind of therapist you want to be while having the right support and resources along the way. Read more in my Supervision Professional Disclosure Statement.
